By using PilotComply you agree to these terms. PilotComply is a compliance-management service provided by OmniSolve Systems LLC.

Service description

We prepare and submit regulatory filings, track license renewal deadlines, and notify you of compliance events for regulated Texas businesses. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

Customer obligations

• Provide accurate business and financial information.
• Upload requested supporting documents on time.
• Maintain valid government-portal credentials.

Fees and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of the paid period and no further charges accrue.

Limitation of liability

PilotComply carries Errors & Omissions insurance on filings we manage. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months, except where prohibited by law.
